Chicago Pilates & Yoga Instruction
Park Pilates & Yoga is conveniently located on the Northwest side of Chicago, just south of Park Ridge and five minutes from O’Hare Airport. Hours are flexible to suit clients’ busy lifestyles.

The studio, fully appointed with professional Pilates equipment, offers private and semi-private lessons in Pilates and Yoga. Pilates is an efficient and effective way to help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and tone and tighten your mid-section. A true mind-body discipline, a Pilates session will leave you refreshed and recharged.

A private yoga session offers the opportunity to learn the poses, or asanas, in a individual lesson with the focus on proper form and technique.

About Park Pilates & Yoga
Jane Thomsen received her Pilates certification through Core Dynamics. Core Dynamics is an intensive training program founded by Michelle Larsson, who studied with Eve Gentry, Joseph Pilates’ protégée. This program includes over 500 hours of observation, personal practice and student teaching.

Jane completed her yoga training through YogaWorks, choosing the program for it's emphasis on proper technique, body alignment, yoga philosophy and teaching skills.

Together the two intensive training programs allow her to adapt both classical Pilates exercises and yoga asanas to the individual student's ability.

Fees & Policies
Private Session
Single Session $75
Ten Session Package $700

Semi-Private Session – (Two students; One instructor)
Single Session $45 per student
Ten Session Package $400/student

Packages of ten sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.

24 hour cancellation policy: Please let us know if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session to avoid full charge.
